The Skotti Mini is small, but in no way inferior to a large barbecue. Despite its compact size, it has plenty of power and many practical functions. The stainless steel barbecue can be heated with wood and coal. In combination with the Skotti Booster (sold separately), it can also be fired up with gas. Whether grilling, cooking, braising or smoking, there are virtually no limits. You can cook on different levels. When packed up, it is just 2.5 cm high and therefore practically flat. It is very easy to assemble and takes less than a minute with a little practice. Cleaning is also quick and easy, as the Skotti Mini is even dishwasher-safe.
