Warranty and Complaints

 

Generally the statutory warranty rights (24 months) are valid when you buy goods in our online shop.

If a product that you have bought in our online shop should give reason for a complaint within the warranty rights period, please contact us by phone +49 (0) 4421 / 500 380 or use our contact form to get in touch. The course of action to be taken will then be discussed.

If you have bought the product not online but in one of our stores, please contact the respective store. Here you will find the contact information of our stores.

For quick processing of your complaint we require the following:

  • Before sending in the product please check with us by phone or by sending a picture of the product to make sure that your complaint really is a defect according to the statutory warranty right.
  • Sales receipt or copy of invoice.
  • Please mark the defect of the product clearly visible (for example using adhesive tape).
  • Please describe the defect as detailed as possible on the return note.

The product being complained about has to be in clean condition!

Transport Damages

Please check each parcel for its intactness. When the parcel is damaged or when the parcel was mended with the carrier's adhesive tape, please claim this damage directly to the carrier and insist on a written acknowledgment. In case of doubt please refuse to accept the parcel and get in touch with us. We will then arrange for a compensation delivery as quickly as possible.

If an item is damaged allthough the package was intact, please contact us before sending it back.

Orders for Repair

Should an article be damaged during the time of its use it is often possible to repair the damage. We will forward the item to the manufacturer, distributor, or specialized repair services.

In this case as well we would like to ask you to contact us in advance by phone +49 (0) 4421 / 500 380 or by using our contact form. On request we will give an estimate of the costs. Please send in the product in clean condition!
