Responsible Down Standard (RDS)
Goose and duck down offer functional benefits: they provide high thermal insulation while remaining lightweight and breathable. The down used to fill this product is certified according to the independent Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring compliance with strict animal welfare criteria. Hydrophobic Down
In collaboration with Nikwax®, the down is treated with a special technology during the manufacturing process. This water-repellent treatment offers numerous benefits: the treated down absorbs significantly less water than untreated down, dries faster, and retains its loft much better in damp conditions.
Gore-Tex® Infinium™ WINDSTOPPER®
Comfort and performance: Gore-Tex® Infinium™ products are windproof, water-repellent, and highly breathable. This combination of insulation and breathability minimizes the wind chill effect and reduces the risk of overheating during physical activity. The membrane technology in Gore-Tex® Infinium™ Windstopper® products features billions of pores that are 900 times larger than water vapor molecules. This allows sweat to escape easily while preventing external wind from penetrating. While waterproof Gore-Tex® products are identified by a black logo, Gore-Tex® Infinium™ products feature a white product label to distinguish them.
