Excellent grilling experience to go!
Munich-based outdoor lover Carolin Kunert has dealt with a problem that everyone knows well: Whether camping or barbecuing in the city, getting the grill and equipment to the barbecue site is always a bit of a challenge. In addition, disposable grills or inexpensive folding grills are rarely disposed of after the barbecue. The result: devastated parks and barbecue areas. In addition, the quality of the barbecue often suffers. Burnt meat, toxic smelling disposable barbecues and quickly diminishing heat is not uncommon. The industrial designer wanted to solve these problems and, without further ado, became the first woman in the world to develop a high-quality portable grill. With a carrying handle and compact size, the Knister Grill is easy to transport and can be extended to double the grilling surface for grilling. Gourmets no longer have to cut corners when on the go; everything from steak to vegetables is grilled to perfection. The founder won the Reddot Design Award in 2020 for this idea.

The most sustainable grill on the market
Unlike conventional products, the Knister Grill also scores in terms of sustainability: the 100 percent local production in Germany saves an enormous amount of CO2 on transport routes. In addition, plastic is not used at all in the entire supply chain and the materials used are recyclable.
