Klättermusen

Since 1975, the Swedish company produces high-quality, sustainable and individual outdoor clothing and backpacks. The designs combine utility and extreme durability, always with respect for the environment and therefore definitely stand out from the crowd of outdoor clothing. Klättermusen finds the names of its products in Nordic mythology. For example, the name of the pants Gere 2.0 comes from one of Odin's wolves, Balder (a wool sweater) is the son of Odin and Ansur is a rune that means wisdom.

Responsibility in manufacturing. Klättermusen develops, designs and produces all its materials together with partners alone. This gives them a unique selling point in the entire outdoor market. They have their products manufactured in Taiwan, Portugal, China, Lithuania, Poland and Vietnam and visit all factories several times a year. In addition, the company is a member of the bluesign® organization, where members agree to follow the United Nations Global Compact, supporting international regulations in human rights, working environment, and the environment along the way. Klättermusen is also a silent member of the EOCA and the FairWear Foundation, as well as the new Global Recycled Standard (GRS). All Klättermusen products are PFOA, ePFTE and PFC free since 2008.
