Cereal bars? Pretty boring! Being disgusted with all the unhealthy snacks advertised as “natural” or “healthy, Philip Kahnis and Robert Kronekker (real foodies) developed the first all natural flapjack which does pretty well without any chemical ingredients, added sugar and stuffing with no nutritional use. In June 2013 they published the project on the crowdfunding page “Startnext” and due to the enormous popularity, the funds needed to go ahead were collected quickly.

Today, they are made very differently from conventional bars, which are being pressed (extruded) and air-dried. In comparison, the Hafervoll flapjacks are being produced along the lines of British bakery tradition which makes all the difference! Every flapjack is handmade with love and devotion for taste and quality. Every flapjack is freshly-baked and cut by hand and thus becomes unique. The motto: No sham, no frills.
