Gumbies

Gumbies manufactures sandals made from natural and recyclable materials. A vegan Flip-Flop, whose footprint will be solely the one its owner leaves on the streets and beaches of this world. They offer different styles and therewith one for every possible moment in your life, be it a city trip or a surfing adventure. Michael Maurer developed the idea for Gumbies when he was just 16 years old. He had emigrated to Australia and was travelling the world, when he was searching for the one shoe for exactly this life.

A lifestyle to wear
The look of the Gumbies sandal already speaks of a combination of many different cultures and modern ideas. But its not only the design, its also the materials! The sole is ergonomically shaped and made from rubber and jute. The sole bed made from canvas-cotton is breathable and the cotton straps especially robust. The Gumbie is well-thought through. And even more so it offers a lifestyle you can wear: free, natural and functional.
