Grüezi Bag is a young Bavarian brand that aims to offer innovative sleeping bags. People have been using wool as a blanket for centuries and it has been used as an insulation material in functional winter jackets for a few years now. This works brilliantly - so why not in sleeping bags too?

Markus Wiesböck, founder of Grüezi Bag, noted: "There were sleeping bags filled with synthetic fibre or down. But there was no sleeping bag filled with wool. After a long, elaborate development period and numerous tests, Markus Wiesböck found the right mixture of materials and has been producing sleeping bags with alpine wool as the first manufacturer since 2016. Particularly high value is placed on an optimal, comfortable sleeping climate during development.

With DownWool, developed by Wiesböck in 2018, Grüezi Bag once again proves its high level of innovation and now combines the advantages of down and wool in the sleeping bags. Whether professional product testers, outdoor enthusiasts or hobby campers: almost everyone is thrilled by the outstanding sleeping climate.

Grüezi Bag is owner-managed by founder Markus Wiesböck. Development takes place in Bad Feilnbach, Bavaria, right next to the Alps.
