Wacaco

Wacaco is a start-up based in Hong Kong and stands for portable coffee enjoyment. Originally started as a personal project in 2012, the company now develops numerous small, light and practical espresso machines. The idea of the portable espresso machine came to founder Hugo Cailleton one morning in a hotel. But the road to the finished device was not easy: more than ten prototypes were built to test different mechanisms, coffee extraction, product interaction and design. But 20 months after the business trip, the final product was finally in production. Wacaco offers unique portable espresso machines that are made of reinforced materials to withstand even impact. An innovative creation, durable and built to offer authentic coffee enjoyment anywhere.
