A family company
Direct Alpine is a Czech family company, founded 1997 by Radek Nováček und Jirka Sika, two best friends being united by their love of mountain climbing. They began with testing and selling of textiles. Today Direct Alpine is a company with high sales figures in Europe.

Sustainable production in Europe
Direct Alpine attaches great importance to environment-friendly production conditions. About 80 % of the articles are produced in Europe, mainly in the Czech Republic where ecological standards are high. At the same time transport of products across far distances are minimized. Direct Alpine also sets high demands on social aspects which their suppliers have to fulfill.
