Deuter High-Loft Hollowfibre
Deuter High-Loft Hollowfibre is characterized by excellent thermal performance, tear resistance, and durability. This filling material consists of synthetic hollow fibers processed (thermally bonded) into a filling fleece. To ensure good compressibility and full loft, the high-loft hollow fiber is additionally siliconized.
Insulation range for children's and youth sleeping bags
We generally do not specify specific insulation ranges for children's and youth sleeping bags.

No temperature specifications are allowed for children's sleeping bags, as the thermal sensitivity of children and youths cannot be accurately tested. Therefore, there is no standard for children's sleeping bags, such as EN 13537 for adults. Metabolism varies from person to person. This is even more pronounced in adolescents than in adults. After all, a sleeping bag doesn't warm, it insulates. The insulation information on sleeping bags should therefore be seen as a recommendation rather than a guaranteed value. In our experience, most children's sleeping bags can be classified in the insulation range up to +10°C. In cold temperatures, the child should always be dressed appropriately for the outside temperature, even with a sleeping bag. You should also consider using a liner. It provides additional insulation and is easy to clean in case of an accident.
