Starting as a student

The two founders Dan Black and Martin Blum met at Northumbria University. Both studied industrial design. More than 20 years have passed since the company was founded in 1998. It was important to them that they could express their passion and develop their own designs. In 2014 Dan Black took over the management of the organization. Since then, the company has concentrated more on the category "food & drink on-the-go".

But Black+Blum sees the sustainability of its products as its main task. The products are designed to be durable, sustainable and made from eco-friendly materials.
