The Valiance Parka Women is perfect for long walks during the colder months. Its Pertex® Shield outer fabric protects you from the elements—even on extended outings—while the down filling ensures cozy warmth inside. Durable and featuring taped seams, the outer material boasts a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head, ensuring you stay dry in the rain. The recycled down is treated with a water-repellent coating and stabilized using box-wall construction. Since areas like the cuffs and hood are particularly prone to getting wet in the rain, they are insulated with quick-drying synthetic Stratus™ material. With its longer cut, the Valiance Parka Women serves as a well-designed, warm, and protective layer for cool, rainy winter days.

Hydrophobic Down
Developed in collaboration with Nikwax®, the down is treated with a special water-repellent finish during the manufacturing process. This water-repellent treatment offers many benefits: the treated down absorbs significantly less water than untreated down, dries faster, and retains its loft much better in damp conditions.
Pertex Shield®+
A functional outer fabric bonded to a breathable, water-repellent polyurethane (PU) membrane. Pertex Shield®+ wicks moisture away from the body and provides reliable protection against wind and rain. The material is lightweight and stretchy, while also offering high breathability.
Responsible Down Standard (RDS)
Goose and duck down offer excellent functional properties: they provide high thermal insulation despite their low weight and are naturally breathable. The down used to fill this product is certified according to the independent Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring compliance with strict animal welfare criteria.
