Within Germany, returns are free of shipping costs.

You have the right of recvocation within a period of 14 days. Within this period you can send the unused item back to us, within Germany this is free of charge.

If you chose UPS as a carrier within Germany, please use the UPS Electronic Return Label for a free of charge return. If you chose DHL as a carrier, please use the DHL Retoure Schein. Both are enclosed in the parcel. We cannot accept packages sent back to us without proper postage.

Please make sure that the returned products are complete (accessories included if there are any), that you use the original packaging and that they are adequately protected against transport damages.

Returns from Foreign Countries

Returns from foreign countries are not free of charge and have to be correctly stamped. Therefore there are no return labels included in packages sent abroad. We exclusively use DHL as carrier for parcels to foreign countries.

Consumers Right of Revocation
Consumers have a right of recovation according to the specifics stated below. A consumer is any individual person that closes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly assigned to neither his/her commercial nor his/her freelance occupational activities.

Right of Revocation Instruction

Right of Revocation
You have the statutory right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving the reasons for this revocation. The deadline for revocation is 14 days from the date

-on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, take/takes possession of all goods when you have ordered one or more goods within one ordering process and when the goods are delivered in one package;

-on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, take/takes possession of the last good when you have ordered several goods within one ordering process and when the goods are delivered separately.

In order to exercise the statutory right of revocation, you must notify us (Unterwegs Outdoor Shop GmbH, Flutstr. 84a, 26386 Wilhelmshaven, phone: 04421-50038 0, fax: 04421-50038 28, email: shop@unterwegs.biz) of your decision in an unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter, fax, or email). You can use the sample revocation form provided at the end of these instructions by copying the text. However, this form is not compulsory.

The revocation deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send the communication concerning your revocation before the expiry of the deadline.

Consequences of Revocation
When you revoke this contract we are obliged to reimburse all your payments that we have received from you (costs for shipment to foreign countries excluded) promptly and within 14 days from the day on which we have received your revocation notification. For reimbursement we will use the same payment method that you have used for your order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have dispatched the goods, whichever occurs earlier. You are obliged to return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have notified us of your revocation. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.
Within Germany we will bear the shipping costs for returning the goods. When you return goods from a foreign country you shall bear the shipping costs for your return.

The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any use or handling of the goods which is not deemed necessary in order to verify the condition, features and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from and Early Expiry of the Right of Revocation
The right of revocation does not apply to contracts
-for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications or which have clearly been tailored to the buyer's personal requirements;
-for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date will exceed in the near future.

The right of revocation will expire early for contracts
-for the delivery of sealed goods, which are not suitable to be returned for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene when their seal has been removed after delivery;
-for the delivery of goods when the goods were, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
