An extremely durable mid-cut leather trekking boot with a waterproof and exceptionally breathable Texapore O3 internal membrane. The uppers of the rugged looking Solid Trail Texapore consist of oiled full grain leather; the collar also has a soft leather lining. The boot lining is breathable and the tongue is made of air permeable mesh fabric. It is this combination of materials that provides the finely balanced wear climate. Developed exclusively for Jack Wolfskin, and specifically for our trekking footwear, the Vibram Mountain Trek sole delivers optimised cushioning and superb grip on varied terrain.

Texapore O3
In general, our waterproof footwear features a waterproof and breathable membrane incorporated into the footwear in a ‘bootie’ construction. The membrane bootie encapsulates the foot from the sole upwards and extends to about two thirds of the height of the uppers. Our TEXAPORE footwear utilises a 4-layer laminate, which consists of a support fabric (mesh), the membrane itself, a backing fabric and the lining material.
