Information about international shipment for articles in the shop

We calculate € 13.80 (all inclusive) of shipping fee for all countries from the EU.

For Switzerland and Norway we calculate € 19.80.

For all other countries we calculate € 35.00.

Shipment to foreign countries follows after payment by credit card or against prepayment (more details below) and is exclusively handled by DHL.

Orders from non-EU countries are handled taxfree. The german VAT will be excluded after selecting the country.

In case of paying by creditcard (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), your card data will be transmitted and encrypted to latest security standards. We do not store your card data permanently, so you can be sure that there is no risc - for example in the very unlikely event of unauthorized access. All goods can be returned within 14 days, starting with the day of recipience. Returned goods must be sent as a insured parcel. Please return the parcel prepaid, we are sorry to accept only this. After receiving your returned parcel, we will refund your money as soon as possible. If you prefer, we will exchange the article (i.e. another size), of course.

Usually we ship your order on the following working day. In the unlikely event that an article is sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we are able to reorder from the manufacturer, we will tell you the shipment time. Then you can decide wether to order or not.
