A lightweight, compact bike pack sized for daytrips

Bike-specific features include helmet, LED lamp and pump attachment options. High-vis reflective piping provides improved visibility in traffic. The ACS TIGHT carry system combines a stable, full-contact carry with good freedom of movement and effective ventilation. The carry system is gender-specific; the WOMEN version is designed to suit the female anatomy.

Nailhead 420D
Light, extremely durable nylon, used in Jack Wolfskin's rucksacks. When viewed in cross-section, it has prominent projections resembling nail heads. In the event of abrasion, the nail heads protect the material underneath. Nailhead is used in different strengths (Denier) on the pack and base sections of a rucksack, depending on what a rucksack is to be used for.

Crosslink PE
A special toughened polyethylene material, used as a back plate in ACS Tight carry system. The back plate stops hard items pressing through without restricting freedom of movement. Ventilation openings prevent the build up of warm, moist air produced by the body.

Cross Rip 300D
"A very light polyamide fabric with a high tearstrength rating. Used for Trekking and Hiking rucksacks. The light-weight nylon fabric is inter-woven with ripstop reinforcement threads every few millimetres. If the fabric tears, the rip is stopped by the stronger threads, hence the name: ripstop. This type of construction saves weight and is very robust. Jack Wolfskin use different strengths (Denier) of Cross Rip, depending on what a rucksack is used for
