The Dermizax™ outer shell is bright and vibrant, plus it is waterproof and breathable. You can increase ventilation using the underarm zips. One chest pocket, two front pockets, and one pocket at the sleeve offer room for your belongings. The removable hood is adjustable. Due to its light weight and it small pack size you can easily transport the Luster Jacket in your luggage, your daypack or your hiking backpack.

The Dermizax membrane is a hydrophile material that utilizes moving molecules as opposed to micropores. With high activity and temperature molecules move faster increasing the vapor permeability. At low activity and temperature the molecular speed is slow, reducing heat loss. 3-layer Dermizax™ is a laminated fabric which contains an outer water repelling microfiber fabric, the waterproof, breathing Dermizax™ membrane in the middle and a membrane protecting mesh on the inside. The membrane is very flexible: It can be stretched up to twice its own length in four directions. This ensures that Dermizax garments are very comfortable to move in, while the risk of delamination during extreme activities is reduced. 3-layer Dermizax has a water column of at least 20,000 mm and a moisture vapor transmission rate of at least 16,000 g/m˛/24h
